A cottage from pine, with wharf, rowing boat and nice beach  for swimming. A  sauna is heated with firewood and located comfortably in the same building with the cottage. A cottage has a cabin, bedroom and small kitchen, as well as cozy upper level for sleeping. A cottage includes fishing licences for the Lake Posio.

In the cottage sleeps 6 persons and it is 53m2 (plus 3m2 for the upper level).

A sauna building has dressing room and balcony. A cottage is warmed with woods, it has atmospherical wood burning stove and fire place. By the pond, there is wharf and a rowing boat.
